02 — The program

The kit is the object.

Every kit ships with a QR that opens a 14-day guided series — English and Arabic, women coaches, no faces required on your side, nothing to install. Day 1 is 8 minutes. Day 14 you'll know if this is yours.

Day 1–3Learn the four moves. 8 minutes. Bangles on the wrist, mat down.
Day 4–9Build to 15 minutes. Add the ankle position. Optional walk series.
Day 10–14Full flows. Save what you love. Decide, with proof, what comes next.

What we don't do: no subscription, no auto-renew, no "personalised AI plan". The program is a fixed, well-made series — you own it with the kit.

Every object in the studio was built for the garage. Rubber, iron, black. We started HALE because the way you move at home should look like the rest of your home — soft, warm, considered.
